How the contact form works
The form prepares an enquiry on your device. It does not submit it to a website database. You choose whether to send the prepared message through WhatsApp or your email application. Your chosen service handles the message under its own privacy terms. Mare Sailing receives the information only when you send it.
Site preferences and resources
The language of each page follows its URL. Browser preferences and optional measurement are described in the Cookie Policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; hosting and font providers receive technical requests needed to deliver the site.
Official visual tools
When you choose to load an official visual configurator, your browser connects directly to the shipyard’s service. That service may use its own storage, cookies and technical request data under its privacy policy. Visual choices are not automatically sent to Mare Sailing or transferred to the pricing builder.

Mare Sailing EOOD processes enquiry information to respond to your request and take steps you request before a contract. Contractual records and legal obligations may require further processing. Optional external visual tools are loaded only when you choose them.
Information is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting agreement and applicable record-keeping or legal claims. To request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable, write to alex@maresailing.com. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
